The reason I overthink and donโ€™t act or stall my actions is because of anxiety.

In fact, sometimes my problem has a pretty easy solution, yet I still stall on accomplishing the task at hand (some would call it procrastinating I think ๐Ÿ˜‰)

The overthinking, a lot of it at night when I canโ€™t sleep, makes my anxiety 10 times worse and I fall into the same patterns again.

Reading your newsletter has definitely made me reconsider a lot of the issues that hold me back and I appreciate knowing that others also experience the same. Thanks.

We humans are forgotten to trust our instincts . I think sometimes what you feel in your soul, I mean when it's a positive feeling, this is what you have to trust and follow. It is very important to have balance between overthinking and thinking through. There are some cases where overthinking is beneficial. For example: construction ๐Ÿ—๏ธ creativity 2) preparing for something 3) For making important decisions, marriage for example 4) To analyse complex issues . Overthinking can help you explore. In the other case of thinking through, my opinion is to keep balance and a positive mindset. Everything as you said needs balance. But as we see, in something positive we can find something negative and in something negative maybe we can find our balance. So it's not so easy to answer......the Question of the Week need to be more analyst. Thank you ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿฆ‹

A constant stream of decisions swirls in my head. Instead of fighting the urge to overthink, I've learned to channel it towards more meaningful issues than lunch choices or tomorrow's schedule. After all, careful consideration can reveal all the potential consequences of a decision, which is valuable. The key is to recognize when that analysis becomes overwhelming and unproductive.

A very insightful post once again, and certainly worth considering! I think the thing with action is the fear of making the wrong decision that may cost us something we value most and getting hurt in the process. Feeling stuck due to it might just be worse though.

So many decisions have been a-loopin', but I'll go with whether or not to cosplay as one of my book characters on social media ๐Ÿ–ค
